Patrick MontgomeryPatrick Montgomery, visionary Founder and CEO of FATKNOTS.com, has been a lover of clothing since his pre-teen years. While attending Riverside Junior High School, located in his hometown of Northport, Alabama, Patrick was voted “Best Dressed” for three consecutive years by the student body. Patrick was also one of the “Best Dressed” while attending high school, at Tuscaloosa County High School, also located in Northport, Alabama. Patrick and the crew wore a suit and necktie to class nearly every day. Patrick credits his inspired sense of style and swagger to his grandmother; Maggie Crummie Montgomery. “As a young boy my grandma made me wear a suit and necktie to church every Sunday!” states Patrick. “I feel and look my coolest in a FATKNOT!” states Patrick. “A necktie exudes confidence and demands respect!” Patrick also states. Patrick admits that he is an avid fan of the gridiron and the hardwoods however he states, “While the other guys were excelling athletically I was excelling as one of the leaders of the best dressed crew!”

Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix. Patrick is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Patrick has worked for national retailer’s Dillard’s, Target and Old Navy. Patrick is presently employed by a Fortune 500 company in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Patrick also received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Army.
